District Elder Wilfred N. Reid has served in ministry since August 1988 and as pastor of Friendship Apostolic Church since January 20,2002. He attended Bentley College where he received his B.S. in Accountancy. He also holds a M.S. in Taxation from Northeastern University, Boston, MA and is a Certified Public Accountant. District Elder Reid received his Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts.

Through his ministry he attempts to impact the lives of people, by leading the church to be Bible based, Christ centered, and Life Transforming. The motto that directs his ministry is, “Transforming Lives For Purpose”. He proclaims the truth of the Word and challenges the congregation to practice its truth.

District Elder Reid’s ministry seeks to exalt Christ, and be a catalyst for bringing individuals into a relationship with him. The aim is to reach out and touch lives, and see souls get added to the kingdom of Christ.

District Elder Reid and his wife, Judith, have  two children: Aaron, the oldest, and  Adelia. District Elder Reid’s one desire is to impact the lives of people by presenting the Word of God.
